History

1992 - Foundation of the company Unitools s.r.o.
1993 - Production of tools for metal and plastic components; up to 2,5 tons
1995 - Foundation of the trading division UNITOOLS PRESS – metal sheet stamping
1996 - Extension of the production building for production stamping tools up to max. 6 tons
           (production area doubled to 1600 m²). First delivery for Volkswagen Group
1998 - Transformation to joint-stock company
2000 - Awarding of the prize Leading Supplier Award – The Leading Edge 1999 Sale of the press shop UNITOOLS PRESS
2001 - Construction of a new production building with area of 970 m²
           (extension of the production area to 2.570 m²)
           Production of stamping tools up to max. 12 tons and injection moulds up to max. 8 tons
2003 - First delivery of stamping tools to Daimler AG
2005 - Takeover of the company by PWO Oberkirch AG Construction of a new building with area of 1500 m² for metal sheet parts            stamping
2006 - Start of production metal sheet parts for automotive industry 27.04.2006 change of the trade name to
           PWO Unitools CZ a.s.
2007 - Construction of a new press and a new assemble shop (8/2007 – 1.380 m²) Installation of the first transfer
           press 1.250 tons – 9/2007
2008 - Construction of the second new press shop in 11/2008 – 1.600 m² and a new logistic center - 360 m² Installation of the            second transfer press 1.250 tons - 12/2008
1992 - Installation of a new progressive press Beutler 500 tons – 12/2009
