The primary business target of the company PWO UNITOOLS CZ a.s. is represented by successful existence on the market any by development of the company. This is preconditioned by satisfied customers.
The supreme target of all our activities is represented by satisfaction of customers. These activities are supported by all employees who are in contact with customers, by those employees who develop products and processes, by those employees who create added value of products up to those employee who provide main processes with support.
Using progressive and value-oriented way of thinking and acting, we want to keep improving the benefit of our customers from our products and services and thus achieve long-term and smooth increase of the company value, ensure jobs and create reasonable dividends for our shareholders.
Quality policy / Qualitätspolitik
Quality of products and services together with business performance represents for us the main competitive factor and forms the basis of cooperation inside the company as well as with our customers and suppliers.
We want to be able to offer top-quality and technically advanced products and services for reasonable process to our customers. We also want during all our activities to act responsibly, in favour of the environment and social background we live in and we also want to preserve high level of ethics and integrity.
The focal point to ensure quality is represented in all branches by preventing from defects with the goal to achieve manufacture with zero number of defects. Prevention from defects is always preferred to their detecting.
Environmental protection policy / Umweltpolitik
One of basic principles of our management is represented by permanent development where economy is balanced with environmental protection. Environmental protection is one of basic tasks of our management. Responsibility for the environment starts with the company management. All managers are responsible for the environmental protection within the framework of their activities and processes. Environmental protection requires responsibility of all employees during their work.
Environmental protection is contained in our training programmes. We inform our employees about our activities in the environmental protection area and we motivate them to assume personal responsibility and awareness of the ways of environmental protection during the work in their workplaces. Therefore, care of all equipment and working procedures, order, cleanliness in workplaces, adherence to regulations and working instructions relates to environmental protection have the decisive significance.
General development of environmental protection has been ensured within our system of planning, control and audits. In-house audits of environmental protection are a tool for successful and functional environmental protection system. Any deviations are corrected by adopting adequate provisions.
Operation of manufacturing equipment and breaks in operations must not expose employees and environment to any hazard. We adopted necessary organization and technical provisions to ensure these goals. Planning of are procedures is always focused on the latest technical standards. Continuous improvement in environmental protection within the company is achieved with the aid of relevant provisions and projects.
Using technical and organizational provisions, our goal is to minimize the volume of waste and residual material, emissions and waste water. Results of existing activities are continuously monitored. Our suppliers and providers of services are included in our effort to protect the environment. Such provisions have been adopted which ensure that our contracting partners who work in our plant accept our environmental protection requirements . We openly cooperate with authorities and other companies in environmental protection.
