PWO UNITOOLS CZ a.s. ensures the complete development activities in the area of sheet metal drawn parts, including the designing of parts and subsequent examination of pressability of parts, and the complete development of the technology of the pressing of sheet metal products. The company uses the software products AUTOFORM INCREMENTAL and AUTOFORM TRIM for the examination of the technology of the production of parts by pressing.




 

Designing

The designing of dies is carried out by means of the 3D CAD software CATIA v.5, UNIGRAPHICS, or SOLID EDGE. The designing is performed by means of normalised, typified, and unified parts (FIBRO, STEINEL, VOEST-ALPINE, and SPECIAL SPRINGS).










 

Production technological preparation

The department for the technological preparation of the production prepares the technological documentation and procedures for the production activities. The control of the CNC machines and checkout of the technological parameters of the programme is carried out by the CAM systems WORKNC and POWER MILL.
