Sheet metal pressed parts

Introduction

The current production programme includes the production of sheet metal pressed parts for the automotive industry (brake system parts, car seats). Our customers are Wabco (Meppel, Wroclaw), Faurecia (Stadthagen, Unna, Grojec, and Wallbrzych), Progress Werk Oberkirch AG, ŠKODA AUTO a.s. and Brose (Kopřivnice, Coburg, Coventry, Shangai, USA).

The technical equipment is formed by two 400 t hydraulic presses produced by Schuler (commencement of their operation in 2005), 80 t automatic press (commencement of its operation in 1991) and two 1250 t transfer presses. The technical support is ensured by the tool shop with qualified experts with long-term experience with the production of dies.

The press shop hall was finished and opened in December 2005. In 2007, the company started the production on the transfer press (1,250 t) for Faurecia and Brose. In December 2009 was installed the 500 t progressive press BEUTLER.

We are convinced that we will make good use of gained experience in the commencement of the production for other customers.
